Blender PB & Chocolate Banana Bread (GF/DF)
Simply just toss all ingredients into the blender, pour into a baking pan, bake, and WA LA, scrumpdidleeumptious banana bread!

Ingredients:
- 3 very ripe bananas
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups almond flour
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 2 tbsp coconut sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp Himalayan pink salt
- chocolate chips for topping
- Optional: 2 scoops Ancient Nutrition Collagen
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, and grease or line a loaf tin with parchment paper.
- Place all ingredients in blender, and blend until well combined.
- Pour batter into loaf tin, and bake for 55-60 minutes, when center of loaf is cooked through.
