Blender PB & Chocolate Banana Bread (GF/DF)

Simply just toss all ingredients into the blender, pour into a baking pan, bake, and WA LA, scrumpdidleeumptious banana bread!

Makes: 1 loaf

Ingredients:
  • 3 very ripe bananas
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp Himalayan pink salt
  • chocolate chips for topping
  • Optional: 2 scoops Ancient Nutrition Collagen

Instructions:
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, and grease or line a loaf tin with parchment paper.
  2. Place all ingredients in blender, and blend until well combined.
  3. Pour batter into loaf tin, and bake for 55-60 minutes, when center of loaf is cooked through.
