HI, my name is Kelsey!
A mom of 2, but also a WA based foodie, and fitness lover. Whose hobbies include grocery shopping, cooking, baking, reading, and lifting weights. I thrive off of fun family outings, snuggles with my babies, nights in with my hubby, walks with my pup, big family dinners, and lunch dates with friends.
I used to be a girl who strived to be “my best” self… aka my best body. This led to a restriction of foods, excessive exercise, a loss of period and me never feeling truly satisfied. After marriage to my lovely husband, and a serious wake up call realizing I couldn’t get pregnant without a period I chose to take control of my life & my body. I ditched the disordered eating relationship, and let go of the need to be so structured with exercise. After some hard work and dedication I can happily say I am a mama to the most beautiful little girl, Shanley, and now baby boy, Asher. Life is much too short to go a day without dessert, and we all deserve to eat and move in ways that feel good to us!
I am a NASM certified personal trainer, a certified pre/postnatal coach, and a balanced Nutrition coach. I also achieved my Bachelor's of Science in Nutrition from Bastyr University.
As a mom of 2, I know first hand how challenging it can be to prioritize your health. Thats why as a coach, it is my goal to help moms eat well and move their bodies in a way that makes sense for their individual lives. Helping them to feel their best, without sacrificing a bunch of time even amidst the chaos of motherhood.
