Whiter Teeth! (In 6 easy steps)
Something that helps me feel confident … having a nice pearly white smile! Being the green tea drinker, and beet eater that I am, the stains aren’t extreme… but they ARE there! A whiter smile made possible today thanks to Smile Brilliant! In the past I tried whitening strips, and found myself feeling frustrated when the strips would slip off my teeth. I also found that more times than not my teeth would be super sensitive and I was left with no solution to this other than taking a break from the whitening process, delaying the results I was hoping to see! Thankfully I came across Smile Brilliant and both the problems I had in the past using the strips were solved!
Using Smile Brilliant and achieving whiter teeth in 6 EASY steps!
Make Impressions-
You receive a package in the mail from Smile Brilliant, with the tools to make molds of your teeth, the whitening gel (and desensitizing gel, if you have sensitive teeth like me), an envelope with a pre paid postage stamp, and all the details about how to begin the process of whitening your teeth at home! You create your molds, let them harden, pop them in the ready-to-go envelope, and stick them in the mail!
Receive Trays -
Shortly after you send your molds in, your custom made trays will be mailed back to you and you are ready to begin the whitening process!
Brush -
Before you begin whitening, the first step is to brush your teeth using ONLY water!
Whiten teeth -
Then its time for the fun! You take your trays, open up one of the whitening gels, apply a thin strip to both the top and bottom tray, pop them into your mouth and onto your teeth and leave on for 45 minutes up to 3 hours depending on the severity of your stains! I recommend starting on the lower end, and working your way up. I personally like to do 45 minutes of whitening 2-3 times per week right before bed as my nightly ritual! With the trays being custom made, they stay on your teeth perfectly allowing you to go about doing whatever you need to do!
Brush -
Once your time is up, you remove your trays, rinse them with cold water, and if your teeth are sensitive continue on to the last step!
Desensitize -
Dry your trays, and apply a line of the desensitizing gel. Leave on for 15-20 minutes. Remove trays, rinse, and rest easy knowing those pearly whites are on their way! :)
See below for my results after 3 weeks of whitening consistently 2-3 days per week 45 minutes to 1 hour at a time!
