What is it?

Why I use it / My experience with it

I exercise 5-6 days a week, mainly weight lifting, while also working an active job as a personal trainer.  At work I am either down on the ground showing someone how to do an exercise, or moving weights around. More times than not after a week of work and working out, my back and shoulders are tight. Which often lead to tension headaches. After laying on the Pranamat and Pranapillow for even just 20 minutes, my shoulders and back feel less tense. After consecutive days of using it, my pain significantly decreases.

I also love to lay on it before bed to promote a good nights sleep. This may seem crazy to some of you if you can tell how pokey the lotus flowers are, but with deep breathing, and a warm blanket on top of me, I feel so relaxed that I fall asleep on the mat! It truly is one of my most favorite ways to relax before I head to bed.

What I think of it

This is not a one time fix all type of thing, but with consistency I know that it can be beneficial for not only relieving pain but also promoting relaxation. I think that if you are someone who struggles with any of the problems I mentioned above and are yet to find a solution, Pranamat Eco is definitely worth a try. I love that it is a simple and natural way to help solve the problems that many of us struggle with day by day.
