Simple Tuna Salad
Tuna is a great source of protein, which helps to keep you feeling full and satiated. It also contains important nutrients like omega 3 (good for reducing inflammation), selenium (an antioxidant; good for heart health, and to help reduce cancer), the B vitamins, and minerals potassium, phosphorous and magnesium!

The perfect lunch for those busy days when you want something protein packed and delicious!
Makes: 1-2 servings
Prep time:
Ingredients:
- 1 5oz can tuna ( I used Wild Planet)
- 1/3 cup celery, finely chopped
- 1/3 cup Apple, finely chopped
- 1/2 small lemon juiced
- 1 TBSP mayo
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a medium sized bowl, combine all ingredients. Serve with fresh veggie slices, crackers, tortilla chips, or put on some whole wheat bread for a delicious sandwich!
