White Bean Hummus

IMG_9687.JPG

I made a hummus similar to this around this time last year when I took a class at school called Whole Foods Production. In this class we got to prepare full meals + dessert with whole foods, and then sit down and enjoy them with our classmates. Last week during my food prep I remembered I still had the recipe, and I thought back to how DELICIOUS it was... so I grabbed the recipe and the can of white beans I conveniently had in my pantry and put this together. I however,  changed a few things, and therefore this recipe is officially my own ;)  It is ridiculously easy, SUPER creamy, and the rosemary adds a delicious fresh flavor. I hope you enjoy!
