Mint Chocolate Smoothie Bowl
There is nothing like a good ol' smoothie bowl on a sunny day. It's almost like ice cream, but without all the sugar. I love smoothie bowls because it makes me slow down and enjoy my smoothie, rather than sucking it down through a straw and wanting something more to eat once I'm finished!
This smoothie bowl contains no fruit, all veggies, and some of my most favorite powders to add that extra nutrient boost! It's packed with goodness, super creamy, and tastes great! I love to enjoy mine post workout to fuel my body and allow me to get those nutrients quick!

Place all ingredients in high speed blender, and blend until well combined. If needed add more liquid, but remember, a thick and creamy consistency is key! You are eating this with a spoon... think ice cream over soup. ;) Top with desired toppings, and enjoy!
Notes:
* Any chocolate protein will do. Nuzest is just one of my favorites because it's plant based and has very minimal ingredients!
** You can leave this out, BUT the mint flavor comes from this addition. However, you will still have a delicious chocolate flavor from the protein powder.
** Any collagen will do, OR you can simply go without! Doesn't affect flavor whatsoever, simply added for the benefits.
