Vegan PEANUT BUTTER Chocolate Chip Cookies
I bring you…… vegan peanut butter cookies! I don’t know about you, but a cookie that is slightly crispy on the exterior, and chewy on the interior is a bomb AF cookie in my book. The coconut sugar helps to make this happen. Cook for a shorter period of time for chewier cookies….and a longer period of time if you want crispier cookies!
VEGAN PB Chocolate Chip Cookies
Makes 10-12 cookies
Prep time: 10 mins
Bake time: 10-16 mins
Ingredients:
2 cups almond flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup + 1 tbsp peanut butter
2 Tbsp coconut sugar
1/4 cup + 2 Tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp water
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a medium bowl combine almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
Mix in PB, coconut sugar, maple syrup, water, and vanilla.
, Mix thoroughly until thick dough forms, then fold in chocolate chips.
Form into balls, and place on cookie sheet. Gently press down until about 1/2 inch thick. Bake for 10-12 mins for chewy cookies, 12-14 mins for a good in betweener, and 14-16 mins for crispy cookies.
